Thank you for shopping with Wild Breeze & Co! We’re committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during peak seasons, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may extend to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship all orders using USPS, depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounts for orders over a certain value. At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location and the carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Wild Breeze & Co is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, inclement weather, or incorrect shipping information entered during checkout. Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows delivery but your order has not arrived, please check with your local post office or carrier.
